Ecowas za ta kara karfafa ayyukan bangaren shari’a na membobinta domin ba da kofar habaka harkokin cinikayya

Sashen lura da harkokin shari’a da kasuwanci na hukumar gudanarwa kungiyar Ecowas ya ce, ya fara daukar managartan matakai da za su kara ingiza hadin kai a tsakanin mambobin kasashe domin samun cikakkiyar damar shiga a dama da su a harkokin kasuwanci na duniya.

Kungiyar ta Ecowas ta tabbatar da hakan ne ranar Talata 9 ga wata yayin wani taron karawa juna sani na yini biyu da aka shiryawa jami’an shari’a na kotun Ecowas a hedikwatar hukumar Ecowas dake birnin Abuja.

Daga tarayyar Najeriya wakilin mu Garba Abdullahi Bagwai ya aiko mana da rahoto.

 

Taron dai ya mayar da hankali ne a kan rawar da bangaren shari’a na kungiyar ta Ecowas zai taka wajen marawa manufofi da ka’idojin da suke kunshe cikin tsarin ciniki mara shinge a tsakanin kasashen dake nahiyar Afrika baki daya.

Da yake jawabi yayin taron a madadin kwamashinar harkokin ci gaban tattalin arziki da noma na kungiyar ta Ecowas, darakta harkokin kasuwanci Mr. Kolawole Sofola ya jaddada muhimmiyar rawar da kotun Ecowas ke takawa wajen tsare-tsaren dokoki da dunkulewar shiyyar tare kuma da tabbatar da ’yancin kasuwanci.

Mr. Kolawole ya ce, nasarar aiwatar da yarjejeniyar kasuwanci mara shinge cikin adalci ya danganta ne da karfin tsarin shari’ar kasashen dake shiyyar.

Shi kuwa a jawabin da ya gabatar wakilin kotun Ecowas Justice Sengu Mohammed Koroma yabawa hukumar gudanarwar kungiyar ta Ecowas ya yi saboda himmatuwar da ta yi wajen hada kungiyar Ecowas da cibiyoyin kwararru da kuma gwamnatocin kasashen dake kungiyar domin samun nasarar aiwatar da shirin zurga-zurgar kasuwanci mara shinge a tsakanin kasashen dake nahiyar Afrika.

Shi dai wannan taro an shirya shi hususan domin baiwa alkalai da magatakardar kotuna da sauran manyan ma’aikatan shari’a na kasashen yammacin Afrika horo a kan hanyoyin warware duk wata takaddama da za ta iya tasowa a tsakanin shirin ciniki mara shinge da kuma kungiyar ta Ecowas.
