Wani bincike da jami’ar Northwestern ta kasar Amurka ta yi ya nuna cewa, kasa da kashi 1 cikin 10 na mata masu juna biyu suna da lafiyar zuciya da jijiyoyin jini masu kyau, sai dai ba safai suke samun abinci mai kyau da ma motsa jiki ba.
