Majalisar wakilan kasar Najeriya ta lashi takwabin kafa kwamitin bincike dangane da kama wasu alkalai 7 da hukumar tsaron farin kayan DSS ta yi bisa zargin cin hanci da rashawa.

Dan majalisar Kingsley Chinda shi ne ya gabatar da kudurin kafa kwamitin, wanda kuma ya samu amincewar daukacin mambobin majalisar, inda ya bayyana cewa, matakin hukumar na kama alkalan ya saba wa doka.

Chinda ya ce, muddin ba a takawa hukumar birki game da abubuwan da ke gudanarwa ba, hakan na iya jefa tsarin demokuradiyyar kasar cikin hadari. Ya ce, manufar kafa kwamitin ita ce, baiwa majalisar gano dokar da ta baiwa hukumar iznin yin hukunci kan batutuwan da suka shafi cin hanci.

Majalisar dai ta sanar da cewa, za ta kafa kwamitin binciken nan ba da dadewa ba.

A halin da ake ciki kuma, majalisar dattawan kasar ta bukaci shugaba Muhammadu Buhari, da ya ja kunnen dukkan hukumomin tsaron kasar, kana su kasance masu martaba doka yayin gudanar da ayyukansu..

Wannan kira da majalisar dattawan ta yi dai, ya biyo bayan kudurin da dan majalisa Lidani ya gabatar ne, wanda ke yin Allah-wadai da matakin hukumar tsaron farin kaya na kama wasu alkalai a kasar a makon da ya gabata.

A ranar Asabar din da ta gabata ce, hukumar tsaron farin kaya a Najeriya(DSS) ta kama mai shari'a John Okoro da mai shari'a Sylvester Nguta, dukkansu alkalai a kotun kolin kasar. Sauran sun hada da tsohon babban jojin jihar Enugu Innocent Umezuilike, mai shari'a Namdi Dimgba, da mai shari'a Adeniyi Ademola na babbar kotun tarayya da ke Abuja.

Sauran alkalan sun hada da mai shari'a Kabiru Auta na hukumar kula da harkokin shari'a ta jihar Kano, da Mu'azu Pindiga na babbar kotun tarayya da ke Gombe.
