Kwamitin tsaro na MDD a ranar laraban nan 13 ga wata ya yi kiran da a kafa gwamnatin da za ta rungumi kowa a kasar Iraqi ba tare da jinkiri ba kuma a cikin lokacin da kundin tsarin mulki ya tanada.
