Kwamitin sulhu na MDD ya bayyana rashin jin dadinsa kan yadda al'amura suke runcabewa Jamhuriyar Afirka ta Tsakiya(CAR), yana mai kiran da a hanzarta aiwatar da yarjejeniyar N'Djamena, wadda membobin kungiyar raya tatalin arzikin kasashen da ke tsakiyar nahiyar Afirka(ECCAS) suka sanyawa hannu a ranar 18 ga watan Afrilu.

A cikin wata sanarwa da mataimakin babban sakataren MDD kan harkokin siyasa Jeffrey Feltman ya bayar bayan taron kwamitin sulhu game da yanayin da ake ciki na baya-bayan nan a Jamhuriyar Afirka ta Tsakiya, mambobin kwamitin sun bayyana matukar damuwa kan yadda harkokin jin kai da na tsaro suka tabarbare a kasar.

Sai dai a sanarwar, an bayyana goyon baya ga shirin mika mulki da kuma sakamakon da aka samu a taron koli na N'Djamena bisa yarjejeniyar Libreville da aka cimma a ranar 11 ga watan Janairun ta shekarar 2013, tare da yin kiran da a hanzarta aiwatar da yarjejeniyar.

Bugu da kari, mambobin kwamitin sun yi kira da a dawo da doka da kundin tsarin mulkin kasar, gudanar da zabe cikin watanni 18, sannan a mutunta yarjeniyar ta N'Dajamena da ta haramtawa shugaban wucin gadin kasar, firaminista, mambobin gwamnatin wucin gadi da kuma mambobin hukumar shirin mika mulkin tsayawa zabe.

Har ila yau, kwamitin sulhu ya bayyana damuwa karara kan rahotannin keta hakkin bil-adama, tare da yin kira ga dukkan bangarori da su taimaka wajen ganin an kai kayan agaji zuwa cikin kasar.
