A ranar Talata 15 ga wata ne aka kawo karshen yajin aikin makonni 4 da ma'aikatan kamfanonin kera motoci suka tsunduma a kasar Afirka ta Kudu, bayan da ma'aikatan suka sanar da sanya hannu kan wata yarjejeniya da kungiyar kwadago.
Kamfanin kera motoci na RMI wanda ya wakilci bangaren masu samar da aiki ne ya bayyana hakan cikin wata sanarwa da ya sanya hannu kan wata yarjejeniyar shekaru 3 da kungiyar ma'aikatan da ke sarrafa karafa na kasar Afirka ta Kudu (Numsa).
A cewar yarjejeniyar tsarin albashin da aka sanya wa hannu a ranar 6 ga watan Oktoba, ma'aikatan da ke aiki a sassan kamfanonin kera motaci na kasar, za su samu karin albashi na kashi 10 cikin 100 a wannan shekara, da karin kashi 8 cikin 100 a shekarar 2014 da ta 2015.
Kana ma'aikatan da ke aiki a dukkan sassan kamfanonin kera motoci na kasar, za su samu karin kashi 9 cikin 100 a wannan shekara da kuma kashi 8 cikin 100 a wadannan shekaru biyu masu zuwa.
A ranar 27 ga watan Satumba ne, aka cimma matsaya ta karshe kan batun karin albashin a bangaren mai, inda ma'aikatan za su samu karin albashi na kashi 11.6 cikin 100 a wannan shekara da kuma karin kashi 9 cikin 100 a shekara ta 2014 da ta 2015.
Idan ba a manta ba, a watannin Agusta da Satumba ne, ma'aikatan da ke aiki a kamfanonin kera motoci na kasar guda 7 suka tsunduma cikin yajin aiki, lamarin da ya haddasa babbar asara da aka kiyasta cewa, ta kai ta rands biliyan 20 kimanin dalar Amurka biliyan 2.
