An bude taron shugabanni da gwamnatocin kasashen kungiyar tattalin arziki da kudi ta yammacin Afrika (UEMOA) karo na 18 a birnin Cotonou na kasar Benin, tare da halartar shugabannin kasashe shida da wakilan gamayyar biyu.
Shugabannin kasashen shida sun hada da Boni Yayi na Benin, Allassane Ouattara na Cote d'Ivoire, Faure Gnassigbe na Togo, Michel Kafando na Burkina-Faso, Jose Mario VAZ na Guinea-Bissau da Macky Sall na Senegal. Kasar Nijar ta aike da faraminista Brigi Rafini a yayin da kasar Mali ta aike da ministan tattalin arziki da kudi, Mamadou Igor Diarra.
A cikin jawabinsa na bude wannan taro, shugaban kasar Benin Boni Yayi, kana shugaban kungiyar UEMOA a wannan karo ya bayyana cewa, har yanzu akwai sauran aiki sosai ga kungiyar UEMOA wajen daidaita dokokinta gaba daya.
A cewar rahoton shekara na gyare-gyaren siyasa, tsare-tsare da ayyukan jama'a a cikin UEMOA, adadin aiwatar da dokokin jama'a, an kiyasta shi bisa zuwa kashi 50 cikin 100, tare da banbance-banbance a wasu fannoni da kuma kasashe mambobin kungiyar, in ji shugaban kasar Benin.
Shugaba Boni Yayi ya tunatar da babbar damuwarsa kan karuwar matsalar ta'addanci, fashin teku, bazuwar kananan makamai, sace-sacen mutane da manyan laifuffukan da kungiyoyi masu makamai da ba na gwamnati suke aikatawa.
A cewar Boni Yayi, shirya zabukan shugaban kasa, na 'yan majalisa, da na kananan hukumomi a cikin yawancin kasashen kungiyar UEMOA a shekarar 2015 zai taimaka ainin wajen rage haduran siyasa da na tsaro da kasancewa wani babban gwaji ga dorewar siyasa a wannan shiyya. (Maman Ada)
