Ministan tsaron kasar Uganda Crispus Kiyonga, wanda kuma shi ne babban jami'i mai shiga tsakanin kungiyar 'yan tawayen M23 da na gwamnatin jamhuriyar dimokaradiyyar Congo, ya ce, tattaunawa tsakanin bangarorin biyu na iya shafe tsawon lokaci kafin a cimma matsaya, duba da yanayin muhimman batutuwan da ake tattaunawa, wadanda kuma kammala su, na iya kawo karshen rikicin da ya dade yana addabar gabashin kasar ta Congo(Kinshasa).
A baya dai, an tsara kammala wannan tattaunawa da kasar Uganda ke jagoranta a ranar 9 ga watan nan, amma daga bisani aka tsawaita wa'adi zuwa 31 ga wata. Don gane da zargin da ake wa gwamnatin kasar ta Congo(Kinshasa) na jibge dakarunta a Goma, hedkwatar lardin Arewacin Kivu kuwa, Kiyonga ya ce, abun da suke gani a zahiri, na nuna gwamnatin ta Congo a shirye take ta ba da hadin kai ga shirin warware matsalolin da ake fuskanta a kasar.
Wannan dai tattaunawar da bangarorin biyu suka shiga na da burin warware matsalolin da kasar ta jamhuriyar dimokaradiyyar Congo ta fada, na yake-yake tsakanin kungiyar 'yan tawayen M23 da tsagin gwamnatin kasar, al'amarin da ya janyo mutane sama da dubu 475 kauracewa gidajensu, yayin da kuma wasu sama da dubu 75 suka ketare makautan kasashen Ruwanda da Uganda a matsayin 'yan gudun hijira.
