Yin wasan Yoga kullum zai ba da taimako ga lafiyar jikin dan Adam

Assalamu alaikum, jama'a masu sauraro, barkanku da war haka. Barkanmu da sake saduwa a wannan fili na "ilmin zaman rayuwa". Ni ce Kande ke gabatar muku da wannan shiri. A cikin shirinmu na yau, za mu yi muku wani bayani kan cewa, yin wasan Yoga kullum zai ba da taimako ga lafiyar jikin dan Adam.
