Vitamin D yana iya ba da taimako wajen shawo kan sankara

Rahoton ya bayyana cewa, bayan da manazarta masu ilmin kimiyya na kasar Canada suka gudanar da wani bincike ga mata 512 har shekaru 12, sun gano cewa, a cikin matan da ke kamuwa da sankarar mama, game da wadanda suke karancin vitamin D, hadarinsu na yaduwar kwayoyin sankarar ya karu da kashi 94 cikin dari in an kwantata da sauran mata, haka kuma hadarin mutuwarsu sakamakon sankarar mama bayan shekaru 10 ya karu da kashi 73 cikin dari in an kwatanta da sauran mata.

Ban da wannan kuma rahoton ya nuna cewa, karancin vitamin D ya zama ruwan dare a cikin matan da ke kamuwa da cutar sankarar mama. Kuma kididdigar nazarin ta bayyana cewa, a cikin matan da ke kamuwa da sankarar, kashi 24 ciki dari ne kawai suka samu isasshen vitamin D.
